Our goal at Capitol Cafe is to provide great meals and great service with a progressive menu that emphasizes local, in-season, sustainable products.  We are testing our staff, menu, and overall team with pre-release opening times.  This helps ensure that when we open, that customers will receive the food in an atmosphere that they deserve. 

We are an eatery that tries to serve food during the hours customers need it most. 
Our hours of operation are: 
MONDAY'S CLOSED
Tuesday-Saturday
LUNCH - 11:30am-2:30pm (kitchen closes at 2pm).
DINNER: 5pm-8pm (kitchen closes at 7:30pm)
SUNDAY BRUNCH 9:30am-2:30pm, Breakfast Available All Day

Company history

Seeing a need for progressive home meals at an affordable price.  The owners of Capitol Cafe gathered information from local residents and visitors to create a bevy of favorite meals that are made in-house.  Unlike many other restaurants, we ascribe to provide guests meals that have been lost in our hectic paced world.  The foods that you might find at your grandparents' home, or your best friends house.  We never use pre-packaged, reheated meals.  Instead our meals come from original and traditional recipes.
